Random Spam Texts Messages (Not 800 #'s)
In the past 2 days my phone has received 3 random text messages that are from 6 digit numbers. I block 1, another shows up. My phone number is on the do not call regisrty, therefore I am a little baffled and annoyed. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

I have called AT&T twice on this issue.
A couple of days ago I started to receive unwanted SMS text messages on my mobile device. I don’t have an unlimited texting plan so each of these costs me one text. The texts come from a number that is always changing. They stated coming from: 1(410) 100-001, each time I would recive a text the number would increase by one, so 1(410) 100-002, 1(410) 100-003, ect.
The text of the SMS message is:
FRMnsh
SUBJ:Call
MSG: M-A-S-T-E-R C=A=R=D .
Please Call : [edited for privacy-please do not post personal or unique information such as but not limited to full names, employee ID numbers, email addresses, phone numbers, account numbers, etc.]
This can be easily researched on the internet as a Phishing scam.
The solution the AT&T tech came to was to disable or block all texts to my device as the source number keeps changing blocking a single number has no affect. While this technically solves the problem it is not my desired solution. Now I will have to either live with no text feature on my device or call back from time to time to see when this issue has been solved. Basically I have to do all of the work.

I am sending this email to report the issue. The tech I spoke to in the attached email thread did indicate I would get some kind of an email on the problem for my tracking but that did not happen.

my phone is getting spam or phishing texts from an address do-not-reply@textr.us and phone number 1 (410) 100-012 and with each text the phone number increases sequentially. The message says "to unsubscribe tweet @snowden "Meow, I <3 cat facts"
How can I stop this. It has been going on for about a week. Any insights?
Data info confusing
I used 90% percent of (embarrassingly low plan). Less than one minute later, I had used 100 percent and it added additional data.
Then four days later, i called *DATA# and was told I had used 75% percent of data with an overage of 55.
A check with *DATA# the next day said I had used 100% with an overage of 103.
At all times I was connected to wifi. HELP!!!

I had this happen as well on Dec. 8,2015. I was not part of a group messsage. I want to ensure it is not something that someone sent to my phone that allows any access to my phone etc.
Why isn't AT&T honoring Double Data on Mobile Share Plan
I received a notice with my last bill that states my data has been doubled for free thru 2017. Which means I have 30G now. However At&t is saying this was an error on their part and they won't honor it.
Feeling Really Screwed!
Up until two weeks ago I could make a call, receive a call, send text messages and connect to the internet using any of my devices. Cell phone, ipads, laptops nothing....
Contacted AT&T and they tell me that I am in between a good tower signal and a poor power signal that is conflicting and the only way to "fix" it is to buy a $150 Micro cell! What the....I am paying almost $200 a month for cell service and $66 for Uverse....why should I have to buy anything to boost their signal. They should provide it for free since it is their tower issue and not mine. This is beyond frustrating. Now I out $150 on top of my monthly bills (oh has a $75 mail in rebate useless being that it is the holidays and $150 is a hit) and the thing will only boost up to 3G.....I am paying for 4G service that I can barely use. Confused with data
old text added to current text
I sent a text message and the recipient received the start of the text message, but then part of an old text, which had been deleted from my phone. I had also switched phones since deleting the old text. Any ideas on how to keep this from happening again?
How to text/call for free to an international iphone when they visit the US?
I am in the US, and meeting my cousin from the Netherands in Walt Disney World.
How can I text or call her for free when she is visiting? We both have the iphone 4S, I have AT&T, my cousin has T-Mobile (for the Netherlands/Europe)
Problems reaching 800 numbers
I recently learned that there are some 800 numbers that cannot be dialed from Puerto Rico. Right now there is a ticket # RR2850580 regarding the issue, but the answer I got from you guys is that those numbers are blocked. Please let me know how you can assist me in this matter. Thanks.

Why do you treat go phone users like an unwanted stepchild. We should be able to purchase 15 gigs of data for the price of 10 like regular users. Your commercial is misleading to the public in that it doesn't exclude go phone users. I still don't understand why there are high speed data limits any way. I also don't understand why you get a monopoly in my area either. Sounds like some one needs to break you up again. Come to South Dakota T mobile
Auto upgrade data usage when 0 data is being used
Why would you automatically upgrade my data useage plan when I have historically used 0 data on a device. Your instructions if I didn't want the upgrade was to go to your website and change my plan back, however, I wasn't allowed to downgrade and had to call in to an agent who had to get their supervisor to approve it the downgrade. Not a very good customer experience.
hot spot usage
We have been to two AT&T stores and contacted customer service and no one has been able to assist us. We have the MiFi hot spot and a 30g per month plan. Most every month with about 5or6 days left in the billing cycle we begin going over that amount and racking up charges.
This week we went to a store and got a new one thinking just perhaps there was something amiss with our old one.
Two days ago we started keeping a log of our usage because with 27 days on our billing cycle left we was already up to11.94 of our 30. Was not looking good. The next night we was up to 12.67, Ok not bad. Next morning it balloned to 27.14, overnight ! This is with laptop and iphones turned off !
We do not watch movies nor play internet games, our guilty pleasures are checking facebook a few times a day and replying to emails (maybe a grand total of 2hrs per day).
It goes without saying that with our plan already over 80% used and 26 days left in our plan the next bill will bankrupt me !
Any thought or suggestions?

I've been on the 25 cents a minute plan for years. I've been adding the $4.99 for 200 texts or the $9.99 for 1000 texts each month as needed. Also 50MB of data for $5 as needed.
When I log into www.paygonline.com/ and try to add a package (any) it says "no package is available for purchase. I also dialed 6-1-1 and it says no packages available for my current plan. I've been on this plan for a long time and had no issues until this week. Has something changed? The 611 number was of no help to me. I've just lost money due to 20 cents a text and data usage for group messages.
Is there a way to add packages some other way? Here is the message on the Packages page.

Packages for monthly and annual plans are good for 30 days and packages for weekly plans are good for 7 days as long as your account balance is not expired. Your rate plan must be active at the time of purchase or renewal of package. Also, the package balance rolls over if renewed before the package expiration date. (Unlimited packages do not roll over). Standard rates apply if package is not renewed after 30 days.
